Serving Suggestion
The best way to slice the apple is to place the knife about 2 centimetres from the stick and slice the length of the apple. You should have a nice round apple slice, and the seeds from the core should still be on the stick portion. Now repeat this step on the opposite side, again giving yourself about 2 centimetres away from the stick. Then cut the remaining two sides from the stick.
Cut these 4 slices into wedges. You should be able to cut up 8 to 10 servings, or you can cut into smaller pieces as you desire.
Every apple is made fresh to order and best enjoyed soon after delivery or placed in the refrigerator. Once in the refrigerator, the apples will keep fresh for up to two weeks. Remove from the refrigerator 45 minutes before slicing, at room temperature for easier slicing.
